These 20m long weighbridge platforms can not only move 40° skyward in less than one minute while carrying an 80t truck - they can also weigh the truck while they are doing it! Our truck dumpers are a must if you have to rapidly unload non self-tipping vehicles. Typical weighing/tipping cycles take less than three minutes, with an unloading capacity of 500t/h or more depending on the payload of the truck. The vehicle is restrained by hydraulic wheel stops which are interlocked with the main ram for safe operation. To prevent the truck from sliding sideways, inner or outer guides can be mounted on the platform. The hydraulic pumps, valve gear and oil reservoir can be housed in the dumper pit or in an adjacent building. Truck dumpers are available in both weighing and non-weighing versions.
