In order to meet the varying needs of each of the bulk products to be handled, we have developed four different feed systems for our BOS bagging scales:

BOS-**-GX, with a feed gate system opening in two phases for coarse and dribble feed - for grains, sugar and salt.
BOS-**-VX, with a gate for coarse feed and a vibratory feeder for dribble feed - for large granular materials.
BOS-**-BX, with a two-speed feed belt - for products with varying flow properties.
BOS-**-SX, with a two-speed feed screw - for products with difficult flow properties, such as flour.
Each of these models is available with standard batch capacities of 25, 50 or 100kg. Depending on the type of product to be handled, the output speed may be as high as 1200 bags per hour.
