Founded in 1867, the Dutch company MOLEN rapidly imposed itself throughout the world as one of the top players in weighing machines of the 21th Century.

In 1950, under the impetus of Jean ESCHARAVIL, PRECIA was founded in PRIVAS in FRANCE.

Within a few years, the Company was to become the European leader in industrial weighing and was to give credibility to the entire profession.

The purchase of MOLEN by PRECIA in 1993 led to the creation of the PRECIA MOLEN name.

Today PRECIA MOLEN, which benefits from the expertise of both Companies, is active throughout the world.
