Madame Anne-Marie ESCHARAVIL, daugher of Jean ESCARAVIL, started working in the group in the HR Dept. in 1990. For 12 years she contributed to PRECIA MOLEN expension from the inside. When her father died in 2002, she took over the head of the group's supervisory board, continuing to work as HR Director, until 2010.
