Description
Independent configuration is possible for each process:
- Metrological characteristics of the measuring channel,
- Dosing type: loading, unloading, with the option to manage big-bag unloading,
- Assignment of inputs/outputs,
- Instructions file,
- Printed information, etc.
In addition to its dosing functions, the I 410 system performs control and monitoring of thresholds and tolerances on each channel, such as:
- Dosing control based on the capacity and a full threshold before initiating dosing,
- Dosing control based on the gross or net weight,
- Tolerance control of delivered doses,
- Dosing in automatic cycles (in loading mode),
- Automatic correction of the hopper error,
- The type of tare used to record the weight of the package or container
