The I410 DGC dosing gate control terminal allows for the control of one to three volumetric dosing gates from the MDG range.
The I410 DGC terminal is linked to the automation of the mixing line and controls the precise positioning of the volumetric dosing gates according to the overall flow rate setpoint and the distribution percentage specified by the recipe.
The simplicity of the I410 DGC terminal's configuration and the efficiency of its MDG gate linearization procedure guarantee an accuracy of +/- 1% of the delivered flow rate, thus ensuring perfect adherence to the recipe.
The I410 DGC terminal's screen allows for monitoring the various stages of the cycle and displaying alarm messages. It is also possible to log all events to a USB drive or via a computer connection.
