Features
The MD mini doser is used in continuous dosing processes with fixed or variable setpoints for free-flowing, dry, granular products such as grains, pellets, powders, rare earth elements, sand, various additives, etc. It can be combined with other dosers to create a batch recipe. In this case, the doser is controlled by a direct setpoint or proportionally to an overall flow rate.
Characteristics
Flow rate accuracy of +/-0.25 to 1%, depending on the application and the behavior of the product being dosed.
The flow rate range covered by the MD mini doser is 1 to 50 m³/h.
