The I410 system with the WBF application is a PRECIA MOLEN multi-channel device for measuring and regulating your belt gravimetric feeders.
Weigh Belt Feeder WBF
The WBF belt feeder ensures the continuous dosing of bulk products. This dosing system simultaneously extracts and weighs any product flowing by gravity, via a supplied feed hopper.
The WBF was specifically designed for use in the cement, steel, mining, fertilizer, and food processing industries, as well as other sectors requiring dosing, with single or dual regulation.
This feeder is equipped with a continuous weighing device integrated into the conveyor and a belt speed sensor. These devices allow for precise flow rate calculation with an accuracy of +/- 0.25% to +/- 1.0%, depending on the application and product behavior.
The WBF belt feeder is used in continuous fixed or variable speed dosing processes of free-flowing dry granular products such as limestone, gypsum, clay, clinker, various ores, coal, coke, pellets, additives of various kinds, etc.
