DATABULK ABS automatic bulk scale software
The DataBulk ABS software is a PC application for hopper scales. It provides supervision of automated operations controlled by the indicators of our I400 and I410 ABS range.
Operations to be performed on one to eight load cells* can be preprogrammed and started from the DATABULK ABS supervisory PC; these include loading trucks, wagons, barges, and ships, unloading, and trans-silage for grain ventilation between bins or silos.
The hopper scales connected to the supervisory control system can be of any type, handle different products, and have significantly different throughputs.
The software allows for the entry, processing, and storage of data from all operations performed, and the printing of reports such as delivery slips on a local printer or one connected to the site's network. All data can be shared with the company's IT system.
