Our ethical and societal commitments

PRECIA MOLEN has always worked to build a lasting relationship of trust with its partners and collaborators. Thus, the company acts according to ethical principles and in favor of professional integration.

Ethics

The ethical approach we adopt has always been embedded in our rules and has allowed us to build an impeccable reputation. It can only be maintained if these same employees continue to adhere to these strict requirements in order to earn the trust of all our partners.

This ethical approach to our profession is not only essential for our suppliers, our clients, and our future teammates: it is an effective competitiveness factor. Customers, investors, employees, and all other stakeholders want to work with companies that have an unblemished reputation, and whose behavior and commitment prove it.

Our anti-corruption program applies to every employee of the PRECIA Group, regardless of their title or position, in order to ensure that we comply with the strictest requirements regarding practices in our business. It sets out the standards that all PRECIA Group personnel are required to follow in their daily activities and interactions with others, notably through an Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct and an Ethics Charter.

The provisions for combating corruption and influence peddling, as well as promoting our ethics, apply, in all circumstances and without exception, not only to all employees of the PRECIA Group, but also to our suppliers and partners, as well as our agents or third parties, who are likewise required to comply with the provisions when dealing with us or on our behalf.

Moreover, the PRECIA Group respects and adheres in its daily activities to:

  • The principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948;
  • The principles of the International Labour Organization;
  • The OECD guiding principles

    Thus, everyone will contribute to establishing a safe, productive, fruitful, and serene working environment.
