PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ON PRECIA MOLEN’S WEBSITE

The Processing implemented in this context is based on:

  • The performance of the contract: this Processing aims to: Enable Precia Molen to perform the assignments entrusted by its Customers, request information, as well as manage the contract, the invoicing and the contractual relations.

 

  • Precia Molen’s legitimate interest, and more specifically its economic interest: this processing is linked to commercial prospection operations.

This processing helps Precia Molen promote and improve its services and benefits both the website visitors and the Customers and employees of Precia Molen, without prejudicing the interests, rights and liberties of its prospects/Customers.

 

Any information collected by us may be used for one or more of the following purposes:

  • PRECIA MOLEN continually strives to improve its website’s offering based on information and feedback received from its customers;

3.How long do we keep your Personal Data?

 

The Personal Data gathered and processed in this context as well as the whole file associated with the Customers will be kept for the whole duration of the contractual relationship and for the applicable limitation period (5 years in this case). It may also be kept for a period of 10 years to comply with accounting and taxation obligations.

 

4. How is it secured?

 

All your data will be stored in databases and file repositories hosted on the servers of our website hosts. This data is automatically replicated in Precia Molen’s servers in real-time.

The backup files are kept in a file stored at the same geographic location as the database. A copy of the data is also stored in Precia Molen’s account system.

 

Precia Molen applies the following technical, physical, and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised use, modification, disclosure or unauthorised access, and against any other form of unlawful processing.

 

5. Who are the recipients of your Personal Data?

 

The Personal Data gathered and processed in this context is accessible to our competent internal departments, i.e. the Sales Department processing requests from prospects/Customers, our Invoicing Department, our Communications Department, our IT Department, and our Research & Development Department.

The information gathered – including any Personal Data, may be communicated to third parties, acting as Subcontractors, bound by a subcontract to perform services such as data hosting, storage or maintenance. These Subcontractors only act on Precia Molen’s instructions and will only have access to your Personal Data to perform their services. They will be bound to the same security and confidentiality obligations as Precia Molen.

 

Notification in the case of a security breach

Should your data be at risk, Precia Molen will send a notification to the CNIL at the earliest opportunity, and whenever possible within 72 hours of becoming aware of the threat.

You will also be warned by email. This email will contain information on the level of intrusion, the data concerned, the impact on the Service, as well as the action plan and measures implemented by Precia Molen to secure the data and limit any potentially harmful effects for the persons concerned.

“Security breach” means a security breach resulting in the destruction, loss, alteration, or accidental, unlawful, or unauthorised disclosure of personal data transmitted, stored, or processed in any manner in connection with the provision of this Service, or any unauthorised access to such data.

 

6. Can your Personal Data be transferred outside of the European Union?

 

Precia Molen does not sell, exchange, or otherwise transfer any personally identifiable information to outside parties.

This does not include third parties or subcontractors contributing to the operation of our website, our business, and our services. These third parties may have access to personally identifiable information on a case-by-case basis and will be contractually bound to keeping your data confidential.

7.3 Recipients/ Categories of recipients
